Graphic Designer / Creative Designer (Freelance / Full-time)

Job Description

We are looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer / Creative Designer to join our team! Whether you’re interested in a freelance or full-time position, we welcome passionate individuals who can contribute to designing stunning visuals and shaping creative concepts.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design and produce graphic elements, including logos, illustrations, key visuals, leaflets, POSMs, and more.
• Demonstrate a strong eye for typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.
• Conceptualize, plan, and execute creative design projects.
• Develop AI-powered designs, logos, illustrations, and graphics that communicate impactful messages and resonate with target audiences.
• Pay close attention to detail, amend designs based on feedback, and seek full approval before finalizing.
• Collaborate and communicate with stakeholders to bring ideas to life.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects and deadlines.
• Handle ad-hoc assignments and projects as required.

Job Requirements:

• Tertiary education in Design or a related field.
• 2-3 years of working experience in a design-related role.
• Proficient in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Lightroom, Midjourney, etc. (After Effects is a plus)
• Proficiency in Digital Imaging is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a self-motivated, independent approach to work and prompt delivery.
• Experience with ToB (business-to-business) design and design systems is a plus.
• Proficiency in communication in both English & Chinese would be an advantage.
• Freelance position for 3 months, with the potential to convert to a full-time position based on performance.
