Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Bridal Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team at Frieda Brides, a boutique focused on minimalist and bohemian style wedding dresses with a strong stream of clients all year round.

As a full-time member of the team, you will play a crucial role in driving sales by providing the best experience for our brides possible. You will be based in our cosy shophouse bridal studio 5-10 minutes walk away from Outram Park Station with the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in the beautiful world of wedding and bridal fashion, as well as top-tier training in customer service.

You will be tasked with:

* Conducting bridal and bridesmaids appointments and fittings

* Identifying customer preferences and trends

* Answering online customer queries

* Helping to coordinate and participate in various sales and promotional events, such as bridal fairs and in-store promotions

* Assisting with the maintenance and organisation of our product inventory and sales records

* Undertaking any other tasks as required to support the function of the company

We are looking for someone who has:

* An education OR working background in fashion, merchandising, retail or related fields. Past experience working in a bridal boutique would be advantageous

* Strong interest and passion for the wedding and bridal industry

* A good sense of design and styling

* Excellent spoken and written English

* Basic Mandarin would be beneficial (but not essential) for communication with seamstresses

* A friendly disposition and ability to interact with new people easily

* A strong sense of motivation and responsibility

You will learn:

* About bridal fashion, cuts and trends

* Effective ways to provide a seamless experience for brides and their guests

* Effective ways to close a sale

* Fitting and measuring skills

* Basic sewing skills (useful for day-to-day but not a must)

* How to manage difficult situations with clients

* How a business operates and thrives

Job Type: Full-time

Base Salary: S$2400 – S$3000

Benefits:

* 5 day work week (1 weekend + 1 weekday off)
