Frieda Brides is a Singapore-based bridal boutique specialising in minimalist and bohemian bridal wear. Our thoughtfully curated collection brings together effortless, elegant designer gowns for brides who want to feel like themselves on their wedding day.
We’re looking for an attentive, fashion loving full-time Bridal Consultant to join our team. If you enjoy connecting with people and take pride in thoughtful, personalised service, we’d love to hear from you.
The Bridal Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Singapore. This is a 5-day work week role, including 1 weekend day. Your responsibilities include:
- Provide personalised bridal consultations during appointments.
- Assist in store marketing strategies and dress selection plans.
- Manage appointments, enquiries and client follow-ups.
- Assist with fittings, gown preparation and store presentation.
- Work towards sales targets while creating a welcoming, relaxed experience.
What we’re looking for
- A friendly, patient approach and strong communication skills to provide a welcoming and memorable boutique experience.
- A positive and collaborative attitude when working with the team.
- Styling skills with a good eye for fit, fabric, accessories, and overall bridal aesthetics.
- Organised and detail-oriented, with strong follow-through on appointments and client requests.
- 2+ Years experience in bridal, fashion retail, sales or customer service.
- Fluency in social media tools
- Ability to work on weekends and retail hours as required.
