Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1. Operational Excellence & AI Implementation
Act as the primary liaison between the After-Sales Support, Sales Administration, and Engineering teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
Identify operational bottlenecks and proactively deploy AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini,Claude, Automation platforms) to optimize internal workflows and reporting.
Monitor day-to-day operations to ensure service quality and timely resolution of customer issues.
2. Strategic Human Resources Management
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Ensure 100% compliance with Singapore MOM regulations, Employment Act, and company policies.
Assist in developing performance evaluation and incentive frameworks to drive team motivation.
Foster a high-energy, positive, and growth-oriented company culture.
3. General Administration & Reporting
Handle essential administrative tasks, documentation, and data management with extreme accuracy and patience.
Translate complex operational data into clear, logical reports for management review.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field .
Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in HR or Operations. High-potential Fresh Graduates with strong leadership experience in student organizations/societies are highly encouraged to apply.
AI Proficiency: Must be an active user and enthusiast of Generative AI tools and workflow automation.
Soft Skills: Exceptional logical thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Character: High energy, proactive (“can-do” attitude), and capable of handling both creative AI tasks and repetitive administrative duties with equal dedication.
Language: Professional fluency in English and Mandarin (to communicate effectively with diverse internal teams and stakeholders).
