Join the Good Totes crew as our Supply Chain Specialist! At Good Totes, a vibrant fashion startup, we’re all about dreaming big.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing inventory forecast and planning, procurement and scheduling, inventory optimization, and inventory management across various online and offline sales channels. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

About this role:

  • Hybrid work arrangement
  • Location: Must be based in Singapore
  • Full-time: Monday to Friday
  • Office location: Bukit Batok

Responsibilities

Inventory Management & Sales Analysis:

  • Forecast demand and manage inventory planning on a monthly basis.
  • Ensure accurate inventory reporting and maintain adequate stock levels.
  • Analyze sales data to make informed product suggestions and propose sale mechanics based on sell-through rates and overstocks.
  • Work with marketing team on promotions and campaigns to maximise product visibility

Supplier Coordination & Scheduling:

  • Generate and organise purchase orders (POs) for suppliers.
  • Liaise with suppliers regarding inventory allocation and arrange freights.
  • Set up and manage systems to track production timelines and ensure timely delivery.
  • Handle import tax payments and administrative tasks related to procurement.
  • Manage shipments to B2B clients

Logistics Optimization:

  • Research and identify the most efficient logistics networks to maximize cost savings.
  • Sourcing of storage warehouses and freight forwarders.
  • Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key logistics partners.

Requirements:

  • Must be based in Singapore
  • At least 2-3 years of proven experience in supply chain management, merchandise planning, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of inventory management systems and logistics networks.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
