Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and creative individual to join our team as a Creative Design and Marketing Executive. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design, marketing, and branding. They will be responsible for creating and executing a variety of marketing campaigns and design projects that align with our company’s vision and mission.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and strategies for various marketing campaigns
  • Design and produce creative materials such as digital ads, social media graphics, brochures, presentations, and other promotional materials
  • Develop and maintain the company’s brand identity, ensuring that it is consistent across all marketing channels
  • Manage and maintain the company’s website, ensuring that it is up-to-date and user-friendly
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design and marketing trends and technologies and incorporate them into the company’s marketing strategies
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that all marketing materials meet the company’s standards and are delivered on time and within budget
  • Track and analyze the success of marketing campaigns, and use this data to improve future campaigns

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, graphic design, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a creative design and marketing role
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Experience in website design and maintenance, including knowledge of content management systems such as WordPress
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines
  • Knowledge of digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and SEO
