About Us
HS Music Studio is a premium recording studio in Singapore working with TV, radio, schools, and independent artists. We’re expanding to a brand new two-room studio in October 2026 and looking for someone who loves music and people to grow with us.
Full SOP training provided from Day 1. No diploma needed — genuine passion for music and a warm client-facing personality matter more.
What You’ll Do
Studio Operations
- Prepare and set up recording sessions before clients arrive
- Welcome and host clients warmly throughout
- Mic placement and equipment checks
- Post-session editing and file delivery (training provided)
- 15-minute buffer management between sessions
Content Creation (from Day 1)
- Capture 1 authentic behind-the-scenes post weekly on company social media
- During working hours only — no after-hours expectations ever
- Outreach to potential collaboration partners via social and email
Video Shooting
- Follow our preset single-angle shooting system for simple in-studio MVs
- Full training provided — franchise-style, we show you exactly what to do
Pay Progression — Milestone Based, Not Time Based
- $15/hour — Learning Phase: Shadowing sessions, learning SOP, assisted setup and editing. 2-month probation standard. Early exit if solo capable in Month 1 — jump straight to $17.
- $17/hour — Solo Capable: Runs full sessions independently. Handles post-session editing and delivery. Follows preset video shooting system. Content creation and outreach begins. Bonuses activate at this tier.
- $19/hour — Sales Layer: All above plus active outreach and measurable new client and partnership results. Full incentive structure unlocked.
Full-time Studio Manager role available for the right person as the studio grows. Performance and revenue based — not guaranteed by timeline.
Bonus Structure
- $20 per marketer-approved post published on company social
- Client referral bonus for every client who voluntarily uses your personal code
- Quarterly partnership bonuses for active collaboration partners you bring in

What We’re Looking For
Must Have
- Genuine passion for music — not a diploma, a real love for it
- Basic DAW knowledge — any DAW counts (Ableton, Logic, GarageBand, Pro Tools — all fine)
- Basic recording understanding — mics, monitoring, signal flow
- Warm, people-first personality — clients arrive nervous, you make them feel safe and excited
- Bilingual English and Mandarin
- Direct and honest communicator
- Self-directed — you notice what needs doing without being told
- Singapore Citizen or PR
Good to Have — Not Required
- Instrument proficiency or singing ability
- Prior studio or live event experience
- Content creation or social media experience
- Basic video or photo editing skills

- Content creation style and brand voice

Working Hours
