Job Description

Your portfolio should include social media work, incl. organic or ad campaigns that you have created/collaborated/contributed.

1) your ability to present yourself (which is a key trait in client relationship management)

What to expect

• A culture that embraces challenging authority. The boss is not always right. If data proves you right, feel free to tell the big boss to sit down and shut up.

• Standard SME crap but we work 10am-6pm and we have a flexi Friday so you can run your errands if you need to

 

 

Job scope

Social Media

• Formulate a social media strategy for individual clients

• Plan organic social media content & calendar for clients

• Create paid (sponsored) ads and monitor their performance

• Collaborate with our design team to produce assets to be used in social media marketing

Account Performance

• Get on long discussions with the team, dissecting data and spotting patterns across numbers, figures, metrics and graphs

• Work with clients and analyse them at a business level first, before deciding the right marketing strategy and developing them across all marketing platforms

• Analyse digital performance and question why they’re not converting even better

• Provide VALUABLE analysis to clients.

Client Management

• Maintain high level of customer service

• Engage clients in a consultative manner, understanding their needs and providing effective solutions

 

 

Requirements

• Experience with Meta Business Manager and Facebook/IG/ Tiktok Ads

• Creative and logical

• Ability to understand what truly matters and see the big picture

• Ability to express yourself well and carry yourself well in front of clients
