Job Description

Helius Technologies is hiring Customer Service Executives for a 12-month renewable contract. In this role, you will be employed on Helius Technologies payroll and deployed to support one of our premier Banking & Financial Services clients in Singapore.

This is a fantastic opportunity for diploma freshers and experienced customer service professionals to gain valuable exposure in the banking domain!

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality frontline customer support (calls, emails, and live chat) for banking services and client inquiries.
Handle account inquiries, transaction issues, and general customer requests professionally while adhering to banking compliance guidelines.
Coordinate with internal bank departments to resolve complex customer escalations efficiently.
Maintain accurate records and logs of customer interactions in the system.
Requirements:
Education: Minimum Diploma (Local Polytechnic or Recognized Diploma).
Experience: Open to Fresh Graduates; 0–3 years in customer service or client-facing roles (Prior banking/financial support experience is a bonus, but not required).
Skills: Excellent communication in English, professional phone etiquette, and strong problem-solving skills.
Mindset: Customer-centric, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Employment Details:
Employment Type: 12-Month Contract (Under Helius Technologies Payroll)
Client Deployment: Onsite at Banking Client (Singapore)
Work Schedule: Rotating Shifts (Includes weekends and Public Holidays)-
AM Shifts: Typical blocks such as 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, or 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
PM Shifts: Typical blocks such as 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM or 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM.
Rotation: Includes weekends and public holidays on a rotating pattern, typically with one weekday off and one weekend off.
Work Authorization: Open to candidates who do not require work pass sponsorship (Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents). (Note: Work pass sponsorship such as EP, S Pass, or Work Permit is not available for this role).
