Job Description
We’re looking for a creative, professional and thoughtful Social Media Marketing Intern who can help us translate what we’re building into insightful content across various platforms, to help build awareness and impact as we continue improving our program.
If you love creating interesting content and want to learn how to reach business leaders and professionals on social media, this role is for you. You’ll get real experience creating content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and Telegram while learning about what makes leaders and teams successful, and how to live and work with intention.
What You’ll Do:
- Plan and organize our marketing and social media schedule
- Turn our ideas and expertise into engaging posts and videos for LinkedIn and Instagram; develop and improve key messages into carousels and short video concepts for LinkedIn
- Repurpose LinkedIn posts, newsletters and podcasts into IG reels, posts and carousels
- Develop specific ideas and process for building a B2C email list and Telegram group (e.g. what lead magnets, where to put them out, how to target, how to onboard.
- Assist with administrative tasks and content planning
- (Optional) Develop material for coaching and learning & growth programs for business and individual clients
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Good organization and time management
- An understanding of tone, messaging and how to write for different audiences and platforms
- Growth mindset, and interest in personal / professional growth and learning
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, IG
- An understanding of how marketing fits into business
- An eye for what looks good on social media
- Experience with content creation tools e.g. Canva, Capcut
