Job Description

Allmighty Foods is expanding our range of better-for-you snacks and we’re looking for a creative, hands-on Marketing Intern to support an upcoming product launch. This role is perfect for someone eager to gain end-to-end exposure in brand marketing — from content creation and social media management to event activations, e-commerce, and retail support.

You’ll work closely with the founder to execute launch campaigns, drive trial, and build excitement around Allmighty Food’s newest innovation.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Social Media

  • Conceptualize, storyboard, shoot, and edit short-form videos (TikTok, IG Reels) and photos.
  • Stay ahead of content trends, viral formats, and platform best practices.
  • Develop engaging, shareable content aligned with Allmighty’s brand voice.
  • Assist with content scheduling and managing campaign calendars across Instagram, TikTok, and Shopee Live.

Marketing Campaign Support

  • Assist with launch campaigns including influencer seeding, PR kits, and giveaways.
  • Help run social media contests and interactive campaigns.
  • Coordinate with micro-influencers and community partners.

Events & Pop-Ups

  • Support the planning and execution of pop-ups at fitness studios, corporate spaces, and consumer-facing roadshows.
  • Assist with sampling activities at retail stores.
  • Capture content and engage with customers on-site.
  • Help prepare marketing collateral for retail (e.g., shelf display, posters).

Research & Reporting

  • Conduct competitor scans and trend research.
  • Prepare simple weekly reports on campaign reach, engagement, and sales.
  • Share creative insights on what’s resonating with audiences.
Qualifications
  • Strong interest in marketing, content creation, and brand building.
  • Familiarity with TikTok/IG content trends (bonus with demonstrated traction on personal / other business accounts).
  • Comfortable with basic image (Canva or similar) and video editing (CapCut or similar).
  • Good organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Outgoing personality and willingness to be in front of the camera when needed.
  • Team player with a collaborative mindset.
  • Must be based in Singapore (student internships welcome).
