Job Description

Mad Fin Studio | Central Singapore | Hybrid | High-Octane

The Pitch
Most internships put you in a corner with a spreadsheet. We won’t. At Mad Fin Studio, we believe you can’t know what you’re good at until you’ve felt the heat of a live production. We are looking for one hungry, fearless intern to join our crew. You don’t need a degree or a fancy portfolio—you just need to be the person who shows up early and asks, “What’s next?”

The Rotation (The “Get Your Hands Dirty” Phase)
You won’t be stuck in one lane. You will rotate through every pillar of our studio until we find your “Superpower”:

Production: Scouting, logistics, and being the glue that holds a shoot together.
Creative: Scriptwriting, brainstorming, and “Above The Line” (ATL) assisting.
Technical: Grabbing the camera, setting up the livestream, and managing the board.
Post: Learning the rhythm of a cut and the power of a grade.
The Goal: By the end of this internship, you won’t just have “experience”—you’ll have a specialism and a seat at the table.

What We’re Looking For
Zero Experience Required: We prefer a blank slate with a massive engine.
Bilingual Bonus: If you speak/understand Bahasa Melayu or Bahasa Indonesia, tell us—it’s a huge plus for our regional projects.
The Vibe: You are agile, you don’t crumble under pressure, and you’re a “solver,” not a “complainer.”
Interest is Mandatory: If you don’t love content, don’t apply.
