About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and organized Sales and Marketing Admin to join our team on a part-time basis. Whether you’re just starting out or seeking flexible working hours, this role offers the opportunity to work remotely or from our office, with occasional trips to our rope course site at the Singapore Zoo.
Your primary duties will involve supporting our sales and marketing efforts. No prior experience is needed, but an eagerness to learn, a proactive attitude, and a passion for marketing are key.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and implementing digital marketing campaigns to target various markets
- Research and target potential partnerships / clients
- Support social media content creation and management (photos, videos, editing and captions)
- Manage CRM tools and email campaigns
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay updated on trends
- Assist with organizing marketing materials, such as flyers or digital content
- Occasionally visit our Singapore Zoo site for promotional events or client meetings
- Data entry for monthly reports when required
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Passionate about marketing and sales
- Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
- Knowing how to use design software is a bonus
- Basic understanding of digital marketing is a plus, but not required
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Enthusiastic and willing to learn
What We Offer
- Flexible working hours (2-3 days a week)
- Option to work remotely. Face to face meetings will be required occassionally.
