Key Account Manager (Client Servicing & Strategy)

What we’re looking for in you:
- Strong organisational and planning skills to ensure projects and campaigns run smoothly
- A keen eye for detail and a high level of accuracy in your work
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Proactive and willing to take ownership while learning on the job
- Good understanding of 360 marketing channels (ATL, BTL, TTL)
- Familiarity with branding, digital/social media, and website projects within a creative environment
- Ability to write clear and structured creative briefs
- Basic understanding of analytics and willingness to learn more
- Independent, reliable, and a strong team player
- Fast learner who is adaptable to different project requirements
What you’ll be doing:
Client Management & Communication
- Support the management of client accounts and act as a key point of contact for day-to-day communications
- Attend client meetings, prepare contact reports, and ensure proper follow-ups
- Ask the right questions to understand client objectives and deliverables
Project Coordination & Execution
- Manage timelines, schedule meetings, and ensure deliverables are completed on time
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for smooth execution
- Monitor projects from start to finish to ensure quality before delivery
Campaign Planning & Support
- Support the preparation of proposals and marketing plans with guidance
- Assist in developing media plans and budget planning
- Prepare clear creative briefs for internal teams
Digital Campaigns & Reporting
- Support the setup and management of digital campaigns (Meta, Google, etc.)
- Track and prepare basic performance reports and insights
- Learn and apply campaign optimisation techniques over time
Administrative & Operational Support
- Prepare quotations, update tracking sheets, and follow internal processes
- Ensure campaigns are well-organised and documented
- Escalate issues to the General Manager when required
Ideas & Team Contribution
- Contribute ideas to improve campaigns and client work
- Support pitches and new business opportunities when required
