Job Description
Role Overview
The Content Creation & Marketing Intern supports the creative and marketing team in producing engaging visual and written content that reflects the brand’s storytelling style, while assisting in day-to-day marketing operations to attract and convert potential couples.
Photo and Video Support
- Assist in culling and selecting images for social media, website, and marketing use
- Assist in short-form video editing (Reels, TikTok, Same Day Edit snippets)
- Prepare deliverables for posting (resizing, exporting, formatting)
Content Planning and Management
- Assist in brainstorming creative concepts for posts (e.g. storytelling angles, trends, hooks)
- Help plan monthly content calendar (Instagram, TikTok, website)
- Research trending formats, sounds, and styles relevant to weddings
- Schedule and publish posts across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)

BTS Content
- Capture BTS photos/videos during shoots (weddings, pre-weds, styled shoots)
- Document team workflow, setups, and candid moments
- Ensure consistent content coverage for marketing use

Marketing and Branding
- Assist in uploading galleries to website/blog
- Curate images for portfolio updates
- Support styled shoots (vendor coordination, content capture, posting)
- Assist in reaching out to vendors (MUA, bridal studios, florists, etc.)
- Prep Instagram posts, PDFs, simple decks

Skills and Requirements
- Basic knowledge of Lightroom / Photoshop / CapCut / Premiere Pro
- Good eye for aesthetics (colour, composition, storytelling)
- Familiar with Instagram & TikTok trends
- Organised, proactive, and able to meet deadlines
