About the Role
We are seeking a highly driven, skilled, and creative Photographer to join our growing team. This is a key role for someone who is passionate about storytelling through imagery and is ready to lead and manage wedding productions from start to finish. You will take ownership of both the technical and creative aspects of the photography process, including shooting, client communication, editing, and contributing to our visual brand presence across platforms.This is an opportunity to grow in a collaborative, forward-thinking environment that values artistry, service excellence, and personal development.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead wedding and pre-wedding photoshoots by our creative direction and brand standards.
- Manage client communication before and during shoots to ensure a smooth and comfortable experience.
- Edit and curate photo collections using Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop, maintaining a consistent and refined aesthetic.
- Contribute to our digital presence by creating content for social media, primarily Instagram.
- Learn and experiment with 35mm film photography, adding depth and variety to your creative toolkit.
- Oversee and execute various production types, including Actual Day Weddings, Pre-Weddings, Lifestyle Shoots, Corporate/Branding sessions, and Editorials.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to develop new creative concepts, improve systems, and explore future growth opportunities.
Who We’re Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the photography industry (wedding or portrait experience is a plus).
- Strong visual storytelling ability with a keen eye for composition, light, and emotion.
- Proficient in Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop.
- Comfortable working both independently and within a creative team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — able to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- A strong willingness to learn, adapt, and grow within the company.
- Appreciation for music, art, design, and contemporary culture is a plus.
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and organized in managing both creative and operational aspects of shoots.
