XHS Content Creator Intern

Love Xiaohongshu, Singapore lifestyle content and discovering what is trending? Join Singapura Otter and help us create fun, scroll-stopping content for locals, visitors and Chinese-speaking audiences.

We are looking for an outgoing, creative intern with lots of positive energy to bring our products, store experiences and Singapore stories to life on XHS / RED (小红书).

What You’ll Do
Brainstorm, film and edit fun XHS posts, photo carousels and short videos.
Write engaging Mandarin captions, titles and hashtags.
Spot trends, viral formats, creators and content ideas on XHS.
Create content at our stores, events and around Singapore.
Help with KOC/KOL outreach, product gifting and campaign coordination.
Support Instagram and TikTok content when needed.
Track what performs well and bring fresh ideas to the team.

You’ll Be A Great Fit If You
Have a good command of written and spoken Mandarin, plus English.
Love Xiaohongshu / Rednote, TikTok or Instagram and understand what makes people stop scrolling.
Are outgoing, confident, energetic and comfortable talking to people.
Can shoot and edit content using CapCut, Canva or similar tools.
Have a good eye for lifestyle, food, retail, travel or product content.
Are organised, proactive and excited to learn in a fast-moving brand environment.

Bonus Points
You have an active XHS account or content portfolio.
You are comfortable appearing on camera.
You enjoy Singapore culture, food, shopping and tourist experiences.

Location: Singapore
Duration: Minimum 3 months preferred
Commitment: Part-time or full-time internship or freelance
