Job Description

Job Scope – Key Responsibilities

Video Production Support

  • Assist in filming and post-production of live shoots, interviews, brand content, and corporate videos.
  • Set up and dismantle production gear (lights, cameras, audio, backdrops).
  • Organize and manage footage, images, audio files, and effects for editing.

Creative Development & Research

  • Support research, scriptwriting, and ideation of video and campaign concepts.
  • Contribute ideas during creative brainstorming sessions.

Content Writing & Digital Publishing

  • Assist in basic content copywriting for video scripts, captions, or decks.
  • Help schedule and manage social media content calendars.
  • Assist with video publishing and asset management across platforms.

Post-Production & Design

  • Support editing teams with cuts, subtitles, transitions, and basic motion graphics.
  • Bonus if you have skills in animation or visual design.

Campaign Coordination & Admin

  • Help manage timelines, logistics, and supplier coordination for shoots or campaigns.
  • Provide administrative and operations support to ensure smooth production flow.

  • Meticulous with a strong sense of responsibility and professionalism.
  • Passionate about events, production, or brand experiences.
  • Comfortable with a dynamic schedule that may include evenings and weekends on event days.

 

You Have:

  • A Diploma in Film, Media, Mass Communications or a related field.
  • Familiarity with camera handling, lighting setups, and on-set etiquette.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, etc.) and/or Final Cut Pro.
  • Bonus: animation, illustration, or motion graphic skills.
