IPORT is a 3D-driven interior design and build company that uses laser scanning, digital twins, and BIM workflows to deliver more accurate and controlled renovation projects.

We work on real, built projects not just drawings and believe young designers learn best through hands-on exposure, clear processes, and real site experience.

IPORT is hiring a junior Interior Design candidate with a local ID background to support sales, client coordination, and project communication.

This is an entry-level role designed for candidates who wish to gain hands-on exposure in client coordination and interior project workflows.

It is not a lead designer position.

Key Responsibilities

Support sales-related coordination and follow-up

Assist in client communication after meetings and site visits

Help coordinate meetings, site visits, and documentation

Assist in translating client requirements into internal design and quotation inputs

Support coordination between management, design team, and site team

Requirements

Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident

Up to 2 years’ experience, fresh graduate is welcome

Diploma / Degree in Interior Design or related field

Good communication and coordination skills

Willingness to learn renovation workflows and client handling

Preferred Candidate

Able to communicate in both English and Chinese to liaise with English- and Chinese-speaking clients.
