Job Description
Overseeing Operations:
Managing day-to-day administrative tasks, coordinating , and ensuring smooth workflow.
Financial and Event Management: Assisting with expense tracking, and event costing.
Personnel Management: Hiring and creating and implementing SOP
Strategic Planning: Supporting Director with high-level decision-making and contributing to organizational goals and social media
Communication: Liaising with clients, team, and preparing business documents and correspondence.
