Job Description
What You’ll Do
As an Account Executive at Duo Studio, you’ll operate across strategy, creative, production, and client management—owning projects from brief to execution while keeping deliverables on track. Your day-to-day may include:
– Leading client and stakeholder communication, ensuring alignment from kickoff to delivery
– Owning project timelines, scopes, and workflows, driving tasks independently and proactively
– Developing content strategies, contributing ideas for campaigns, social platforms, and brand storytelling
– Supporting and overseeing content creation, including photography, videography, and on-site shoots
– Managing post-production, reviewing edits, coordinating with creatives, and ensuring high-quality output
– Coordinating paid social campaigns, preparing deliverables, and understanding performance fundamentals
– Driving community management, including ideation and execution of community initiatives with clients
– Contributing to copywriting, basic graphic design direction, and content planning
– Jumping into broader agency operations, such as event coordination, production logistics, and ad-hoc support
– Taking full ownership of client experience and process improvements within the agency
This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, multi-disciplined, and excited to experience the full breadth of a modern boutique digital marketing agency.
Who We’re Looking For
– 1–2 years of previous agency experience (creative, digital, or social agencies preferred)
– Strong communicator who can confidently manage clients, creators, and vendors
– Highly organised with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines
– Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable wearing many hats
– Adaptable and ready to navigate a fast-paced, collaborative environment
– Curious and eager to grow across strategy, creative, and production
Preferred Skills and Tools
– Canva or similar design tools
– Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro)
– Video editing platforms such as CapCut
– Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager or paid social basics
– Photography or videography experience (mobile or DSLR)
– Understanding of social platform best practices (TikTok, IG, LinkedIn, YouTube)
