Job Description

Job Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accounts & Admin Executive to manage our accounting function, while also handling payroll and general office administration.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate, send and follow up on invoices for business operations
  • Review and recording of vendor and supplier invoices, receipts
  • Prepare monthly account summary
  • Review timesheets and prepare payroll
  • Oversee general office administration and office cleanliness
  • Assist in managing office-related tasks, including responding to texts and supporting day-to-day operationsWhat

 

We’re Looking For:

  • Knowledge of accounting is required
  • Able to work independently and in a team environment
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn
  • Attention to detail
  • Prior experience with accounting and / or administration is a plus
  • Ability to prepare GST & tax submissions is a plus
