Job Description:

  • Manage and support day to day sales/ Purchasing related administrative works
  • Verifying delivery orders, consolidate purchasing orders for billing
  • Documents sorting and filing
  • Assist in documentation of quotations, purchase orders and delivery orders
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior

Requirement:

  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level
  • Excellent Team Player who is meticulous and efficient
  • Able to work in a fast pace environment with tight datelines
  • Possess high initiative with good interpersonal and communication skills
