Job Description
Our client is seeking for someone with strong organizational skills, hands-on experience in managing and planning for events, and you will play a vital role in coordinating logistics, communicating with vendors and attendees, and ensuring all aspects of an event run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
– Assist in the planning and execution of events, including conferences, corporate functions, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
– Support the team with logistics such as venue setup, equipment rentals, catering, signage, and transportation.
– Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of event needs.
– Coordinate registration, guest lists, RSVPs, and on-site check-ins.
– Handle administrative tasks such as preparing event materials, managing schedules, and tracking expenses.
– Provide on-site support during events to ensure everything runs smoothly and resolve issues as they arise.
– Assist in post-event evaluation, including gathering feedback and preparing reports.
– Maintain inventory of event supplies and promotional materials.
– Ensure compliance with health, safety, and event regulations.
Job Requirements:
– Diploma or a degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field (a plus, not a must).
– Previous experience in events, hospitality, or admin support preferred — but we welcome fresh talent.
– Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
– Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
– Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
