Our client is looking for Part-Time Personal Assistant.
Job Description:
– Keep track of calendar appointments
– Cold calling of leads for the introduction of corporate/employee benefits, personal insurance, and gather clientele
– Keep, update, and maintain a database of leads as well as follow up appointments
– Formulate creative ways of conversing with potential leads over the phone to entice follow up appointments
– Liaise with managers to follow up with successful leads
– Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Expectations of Candidate:
– Minimum local Polytechnic Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree
– Proficient in English and Mandarin
– Proactiveness
– Strong organisational skills
– Good listening skills and can display patience and empathy when dealing with leads
– Possesses persuasive skills and eagerness to achieve set KPIs
– Strong communication skills, especially over the phone
– Fast learner with a passion for over the phone interactions
– Commitment period of more than one month
