Job Description
We are seeking a hands-on, dynamic and results-driven Digital Media Marketing Manager to join our team. This role will oversee the regional strategic development and implementation of campaigns to achieve our Company’s brand objectives. These includes enhancing brand awareness, optimizing SEO strategies, managing inlinking efforts, leveraging social media platforms to drive engagement and growth etc.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in regional digital marketing, especially in managing social media campaigns and in-depth understanding of SEO and inlinking tactics.
Key Responsibilities:
Regional Strategy Development:
- Develop and execute comprehensive regional digital marketing strategy aligned with the Company’s business objectives.
- Plan and coordinate local and overseas marketing campaigns across various digital platforms including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing
- Monitor and analyse regional market trends, competitor activities, and customer behaviour to adjust strategies.
Campaign Management and Inlinking Strategy:
- Plan and executive effective SEO/SEM strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic.
- Conduct detailed keyword research to identify high-traffic, relevant keywords.
- Perform on-page SEO optimization including meta tags, headers, image alt text, and internal linking.
- Develop and manage link-building campaigns to improve domain authority and search engine rankings.
- Monitor and analyze site performance using SEO tools and analytics to identify and address issues.
Social Media Management:
- Develop and implement regional social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create and curate engaging and relevant content for the Company’s social media channels, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Schedule and publish social media posts, ensuring consistent messaging and branding across platforms.
- Monitor regional social media trends, track performance metrics, and adjust strategies to improve engagement and reach.
- Engage with the online community, respond to comments, and manage customer feedback on social media.
Content Marketing:
- Oversee content creation and distribution across regional digital channels to attract, engage, and convert target audiences.
- Develop content calendar and ensure timely delivery of high-quality content including blog posts, articles, videos, and infographics.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external content creators (local and overseas) to produce compelling content aligned with brand guidelines and SEO best practices.
- Use analytics to measure content performance and optimize strategies based on insights.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Moz, SEMrush, and social media analytics.
- Generate detailed reports on regional campaign performance, including traffic, engagement, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management based on data-driven analysis.
- Implement optimization techniques to improve campaign effectiveness.
Ownership and Collaboration:
- Provide regular updates to management on digital marketing performance, results, and strategies for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and overseas entities including sales, customer service, and IT to ensure cohesive marketing efforts and a unified brand message.
- Foster a collaborative work environment, encouraging creativity and innovation within the team.
Budget Management:
- Develop and manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum impact.
- Monitor expenses and ROI, making adjustments as necessary to meet financial goals.
- Ensure all marketing activities are cost-effective and deliver a high return on investment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Media Arts, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital media or media art industry, preferably in the e-commerce or technology industry.
- In-depth knowledge of regional media marketing strategy, inculding media arts, SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, and email marketing.
- Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
