What You’ll Do
- Work with the strategy team on comms and planning in service of client objectives, and take a problem-solving approach by identifying causation and patterns
- Assist the strategy and business development teams in identifying opportunities so as to drive PnL growth
- Build frameworks to guide the creative team to answer the job-to-be-done
- Collaborate with the creative and project teams to stress test and bring ideas to life
- Define KPIs and tracking metrics to set effective parameters for campaign performance, and work with project and execution teams to monitor progress and ensure data deliverables
- Deliver actionable takeaways in campaign reports through detailed tracking
- Stay up-to-date on clients’ competitive set, trends in culture and growth industries
What You’ll Need
- A problem-solving approach with strong analytical and critical thinking capabilities
- Strong communication and written skills
- An organised way of working with attention to detail
How You’ll Stand Out
- Marketing agency or media agency experience/understanding
- A keen interest in strategic and creative functions in marketing, and cultural trends
