Junior Creative Intern
Possesses motion graphic and basic graphic design skillsets.
Apply design thinking; conduct conceptual exploration, including sketching, drawing and research findings.
Actively participate in reviews, ability to articulate and showcase design thinking skills, delivering the message clearly to the audience and able to execute own ideas.
Creativity:
Willingness to immerse in brand foundations
Look for new techniques to bring your ideas from concept sketches to final product
Effective in ways of bringing design to life and communication of your ideas
Creativity and a strong eye for design, typography, and composition.
Know where to spend time efficiently
Ability to handle multiple projects/tasks at one time
Coming up with the big ideas
Communication:
Present ideas with passion and energy
Connect strategy and rationale back to work
Provide design thinking and not just executing
Technical skills:
Proficiency in industry-standard software (Adobe Creative Suite)
Basic knowledge on 3D modelling and animation software (e.g., Cinema 4D, Blender) would be a plus point
Basic knowledge of sound design principles
Basic understanding of video shooting and photography principles
Developed good knowledge and shortcuts to work efficiently
Understand both digital and production techniques for design implications
Explore in various softwares to expand your skillsets, willingness to learn
Team spirit / Behaviour:
Team player and easy to work with
Flexible and adaptable – open to all projects
Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills
Give the project leader advance notice if there is a problem meeting a deadline or if there are unclear expectation
When work is completed, take initiative to inform the project leader and support others
Accept feedback graciously and incorporate it into your work
