JWMM runs the content and brand partnerships for Jess Whitney (@jess_whitneyx), a Singapore-based model working with fashion, beauty and lifestyle brands. We’re a small team, so you’ll work closely with Jess every day and see how a modelling business runs from the inside.
The role
A hands-on role split between styling and keeping the business running. You’ll make sure Jess has the right look for every shoot and event, and that nothing falls through the cracks behind the scenes.
What you’ll do
– Source and style outfits for content, shoots and events, with a real eye for fashion and for what works on camera
– Order, track and return clothes, and get every look prepared, steamed and ready ahead of each event
– Run the day-to-day admin: the inbox, the calendar and the paperwork
What we’re looking for
– A genuine interest in fashion and styling, and an understanding of current trends
– Organised and reliable, comfortable juggling lots of small moving parts
– Able to work calmly under pressure and to tight deadlines, often with same-day turnarounds
– Flexible when priorities change, which they will, sometimes several times in a day
– Confident and comfortable with social media
– Clear, professional written English for emails with brands
– Based in Singapore, available full time and able to attend events, including some evenings and weekends
