The Red Pencil (Singapore) is an Institution of Public Character and a registered charity founded in Singapore with a mission to bring the benefits of creative arts therapy (drawing, music, movement and dance) to less privileged children, adults and families who have been through overwhelming and traumatic life circumstances such as life-threatening illness, violence and abuse, for which they may have no words.

Job Description

About the Internship:

We are seeking a motivated intern to join our team and contribute to our digital transformation project and fundraising initiatives. We aimed to implement a new CRM (customer relationship management) system into our daily operations. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field and make a significant impact on our organisation’s digital transformation journey. This role will also involve supporting the day to day operations in the fundraising department.

 

Responsibilities:

Support planning and execution of CRM initiatives.
Liaise with the vendor on workflow modifications (if any).
Support the Corporate Partnership team on discussion with other stakeholders.
Assist in data collection, cleaning, and preparation for CRM development.
Contribute to CRM implementation and testing.
Document project progress and prepare reports.
Ensure the system compliance with Data Protection Act.
Support fundraising events/campaigns administration.
Qualifications:

Preferably currently enrolled in a Diploma/ Bachelor’s/ Master’s programme in Computer Science, Data Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
Strong interest in data analytics.
Interest and experience in fundraising and events organisation.
Strong analytical, communication and organisational skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Duration of Internship:

3 months

 

Part-time: 3 days a week (Tuesday, Thursday and Friday)

 

Daily Working Hours:

9.00am – 6.00pm
