Job Description

ROLE SUMMARY
Carry out routine, hands-on device assembly, preparation and physical inventory work in accordance with approved
instructions. This role suits a reliable and careful individual who can perform repeatable tasks consistently, keep
materials organised and maintain basic records. No specialised technical knowledge is required; task-specific training
will be provided.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assemble devices and components according to approved work instructions.
  • Carry out routine device-preparation activities.
  • Receive, count, label, store, organise and issue components, materials and finished devices.
  • Perform packing, labelling, stock counts and general production activities.
  • Complete basic records for work performed and inventory movements
  • Maintain clean, orderly and safe workstations and storage areas.
  • Identify and report defects, shortages, damaged items or other discrepancies.
  • Follow workplace safety, quality and housekeeping requirements.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Able to communicate fluently in English and read and write clearly to understand instructions and complete basic records
    accurately.
  • Secondary school qualification or equivalent is preferred.
  • No specialised technical qualification or prior technical knowledge is required.
  • Able to follow written and verbal instructions and perform repetitive hands-on work accurately.
  • Good manual dexterity, attention to detail and basic counting and record-keeping ability.
  • Reliable, organised and able to work cooperatively with others.
  • Previous assembly, production or inventory experience is advantageous but not required.

  • Raise issues promptly when instructions are unclear or items do not meet expectation
