We’re looking for a Creative Projects & Brand Management Intern/Junior Executive who wants to learn fast, stretch creatively, and gain real hands-on experience inside a founder-led startup. This role is ideal for someone who’s hungry for growth, excited to try new things, and eager to contribute to real projects that shape how a brand comes to life across digital and physical spaces.
You don’t need to know everything on day one — but you must be proactive, resourceful, curious, and unafraid to take initiative. We’ll guide you, mentor you, and help you grow.
What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)
Creative Production & Digital Branding
- Assist in designing and adapting visual assets across social media, website, email newsletters, ads, and digital campaigns.
- Support content creation from start to finish: moodboards, shoot prep, on-set assistance, photo/video editing, and digital asset organisation.
- Contribute ideas and help develop creative collateral for packaging, posters, in-store visuals, merchandise, and marketing materials.
Project Support & Coordination
- Support the planning and coordination of creative projects, campaigns, and store activations.
- Help track project timelines and tasks, keeping the team aligned and organised.
- Assist in coordinating with freelancers, photographers, designers, and partners.
- Maintain organised project folders, briefs, and content libraries.
Digital Experience & Online Presence
- Update website content, visuals, product listings and support basic UX improvements.
- Strengthen Finix’s digital presence by preparing assets and supporting online brand storytelling.
- Ensure consistency across social media, online platforms, and retail touchpoints.
Marketing, PR & Community Engagement
- Writing captions, emails, and marketing copy.
- Influencer outreach, PR coordination and media communication.
- Planning and executing in-store events, partnerships, and community activations.
General Startup Exposure
- Gain exposure across retail, operations, events, production, and customer experience.
- Learn how branding and marketing connect with real customers and store experiences.
Who You Are
- Pursuing or recently completed studies in visual communications, graphic design, branding, marketing, multimedia, or similar fields.
- Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, and basic video editing tools.
- Strong eye for design, branding, layout, composition, and visual storytelling.
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks with guidance.
- You thrive in a founder-led, fast-paced startup environment.
- You love solving problems, spotting opportunities, and taking initiative — without waiting to be told what to do.
- You’re proactive, resourceful, curious, and excited about building a brand, not just doing tasks.
- Bonus: Familiar with Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta Ads Manager, Canva, CapCut, Google Analytics, or any CMS/UX tools.
