Job Description
We are looking for a Cafe Manager to organize daily operations and provide excellent customer service.
Cafe Manager responsibilities include Preparing a variety of coffee-based beverages and teas and monitoring daily expenses and revenues and ordering supplies like coffee, milk and snacks, as needed.
- Managing day-to-day operations of the cafe
- Hiring and onboarding new wait staff and baristas
- Training employees on drinks preparation and proper use of coffee equipment
- Coordinate with vendors and order supplies, as needed (like takeaway cups, coffee, milk and other ingredients)
- Ensure all cafe areas are clean and tidy
- Nurture friendly relationships with customers to increase loyalty and boost our reputation
Requirements:
* Minimum of 2 years of cafe manager or barista experience
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
* A commitment to providing outstanding customer service
