Job Description
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Singapore for a Sales & Import Coordinator. The Sales & Import Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating sales activities and handling import documentation. This role also involves maintaining effective communication with customers and providing exceptional customer service.
Import Coordination
- Review forecast import quantities from the Sales Team to ensure optimal stock levels
- Arrange and coordinate import shipments from HQ/origin country to Singapore
- Prepare and verify shipping, import, and customs documents in compliance with Singapore regulations
- Monitor shipment schedules, resolve delays/issues, and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders
- Liaise with warehouse, shipping lines, freight forwarders, and customs brokers for container handling, customs clearance, and import documentation
- Manage and verify food sticker labeling of imported products in compliance with SFA requirements
Sales & Administrative Support
- Prepare sales invoices, delivery orders, and reports as required
- Conduct regular inventory checks between the company system and warehouse records
- Develop and execute sales strategies and activities for LOTTE products in Singapore and overseas markets to achieve monthly and yearly sales targets
- Manage all sales matters and marketing activities (online/offline)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers to achieve distribution goals
- Perform any other ad hoc tasks assigned by Management
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Commerce, or related field.
Fresh Graduates are welcome! No experience required.
Business-level proficiency in English (written & spoken).
Native-level proficiency in Korean (to liaise with HQ Korea).
