Business Development Strategist (Design Studio)

MAAD Creatives is a boutique design agency with an eye for memorable visuals across the F&B and consumer retail industries, and sometimes wanders into the banking, healthcare, and hospitality worlds (check our website for proof!).

We’re now scouting for a New Business Whisperer! (AKA Business Development Strategist) to help us bring in exciting new clients and hit our target in business revenue.

[IMPORTANT] What We’re Looking For:
You’re not just any sales ninja—you’ve got creative chops and know your way around the world of graphic design or creative studios. You’re resourceful, charming, and ready to open doors we didn’t even know existed. You thrive on connections and can find the right clients who resonate with our creative vision.

What you’d be doing:

• Hunt for new business like a skilled explorer discovering hidden gems.
• Build relationships with cool, like-minded clients who appreciate our design style and services.
• Work with our design wizards to craft pitches to clinch new clients and projects.
• Hit (and smash!) revenue goals with your clever strategies.
• Stay ahead of trends and keep your ear to the ground for fresh opportunities.

Who we’re looking for:

• [IMPORTANT] Business development and/or relevant work experience in a graphic design agency or creative studio (sorry, other industries won’t cut it).
• Passion for the creative industry and an understanding of graphic design processes.
• Loves and enjoys doing sales!
• A knack for chatting people up and making genuine connections.
• Strong network and ability to connect with relevant clients in the industry.
• A proactive, can-do attitude—no waiting around for things to happen!
• Capable of working independently to achieve targets.
• A love for creativity and an appreciation for great design.
• Locals only – sorry we are unable to offer work permits at the moment.
