As we expand our digital footprint, we are seeking a dynamic, strategic, and autonomous Part-Time Marketing & Sales Manager based in Singapore to lead our B2B online growth.

 

📍 Position Structure & Location

  • Type: Part-Time (Estimated 15–20 hours per week)
  • Compensation: S$2,500 – S$4,000 gross per month (commensurate with experience) + performance-based production incentives.
  • Location: Fully Remote (Work from Home). Candidates must be a Singapore National or Singapore Permanent Resident (PR) to meet compliance and corporate operational requirements.
  • Core Autonomy: As our primary representative in Singapore, you will hold the independent authority needed to make strategic, day-to-day business decisions regarding local operational, marketing, and client-engagement workflows.
  • Collaboration: You will coordinate directly with our global headquarters in Shanghai via online channels.

💰 Commission & Performance Bonuses

To reward drive and concrete commercial results, this role includes a lucrative B2B sales incentive structure:

  • Production Milestone Bonus: Financial cash bonuses awarded for every qualified B2B lead generated that successfully advances to the mass production stage.
  • Contract Commission: A percentage-based commission on the net margin of any successful manufacturing contract secured through your direct online engagement.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Day-to-Day Decision Making

  • Manage local marketing and operational workflows with independent decision-making authority.
  • Formulate and implement localized online engagement strategies tailored to target clients.

B2B Content Creation & Copywriting

  • Craft high-converting, professional B2B copy tailored to brand managers, procurement heads, marketing directors, and creative agencies.
  • Direct and manage graphic designers to produce premium visual assets.
  • Hands-on graphic design capability is a major advantage for creating direct social media content.

Brand-New Website Development Support

  • Take charge of the content strategy for our completely new, upcoming website (currently inexistent).
  • Structure, conceptualize, and write all marketing and brand copy from the ground up.

Social Media Engagement & Lead Generation

  • Oversee and actively grow our core digital channels: LinkedIn, Instagram, and the company blog.
  • Initiate conversations, direct-message (PM) high-value prospects, and qualify leads to secure new B2B accounts.

💼 Qualifications & Requirements

  • Status: Must be a Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident (non-negotiable).
  • Experience: Proven track record in B2B digital marketing, social media management, and content creation.
  • Design Skills: Practical experience in graphic design (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) and AI powered graphic content creation is a strong plus.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in the luxury spirits, cosmetics, or premium packaging industries is highly preferred.
  • Award Experience: Familiarity with international packaging and design awards is a massive plus.
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional English copywriting skills. Strong project management and operational leadership capabilities. Self-motivated and comfortable managing workflows independently.
