Job Description

Project Manager / Copy Checker (3-Month Contract)
Marble Halo | Mid-September – Mid-December

The role:
Marble Halo is looking for a project manager to run point on a high-volume creative adaptation project for 3 months. Alongside managing timelines, workflows and delivery, you’ll also handle bilingual copy checking (English and Mandarin) across the assets moving through production, making sure nothing goes out with an error, inconsistency or mistranslation attached.

 

What you’ll be doing:

Managing the end-to-end production schedule across a large volume of assets, tracking status, flagging bottlenecks and keeping delivery on pace
Coordinating between the creative team, client stakeholders and any external/outsourced support to keep work moving smoothly
Checking copy in both English and Mandarin for accuracy, consistency and correct terminology across all adapted materials
Acting as a quality gate before assets go to client sign-off, catching issues before they become client-facing problems
Keeping trackers, status docs and approvals organised so nothing falls through the cracks at volume

 

How it works:

Some days a week on-site with the client, some days with the Marble Halo team

Who we’re looking for:

  • Someone with project management experience, ideally in a creative, production or agency environment
  • Fluent in both English and Mandarin, with strong attention to detail in both
  • Organised and calm under volume, comfortable managing many moving parts at once
  • Confident enough to flag issues, push back on timelines that don’t work, and keep people accountable
  • Available full-time from mid-September to mid-December
