Job Description
- Manage, create and develop engaging contents in social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and etc
- Support and execute the development of all marketing activities such as printed collaterals, EDM and etc
- Prepare social media monthly reports such as engagement stats, ad spends or even comp sets’ best practices
- Assist with data collections for analysis
- Manage content and update accurate information and promotions on website and OTA’s to drive conversions
- · Monitor channels for any negative posts or even opportunities to surprise and delight guests and liaise with operation teams accordingly
- Work with respective HODs for any negative feedback and ensure that reviews are responded within 48 hours
- Ensure that reviews are responded in various platform such as TripAdvisor, Google Review and Social Media Platform.
- Assist in replying to Hotel Survey in Renivate
- Develop and review all marketing collaterals and publication to ensure brand consistency
- Assist Marketing Manager for all the brand building activities
- Assist and where required to lead on-site photo shoots and hotel filming whilst ensuring all relevant administration approvals are completed and confirm
- Coordinate with photographers and requestors on the photo shoots requirements
- Manage inventory and procurement (source quotes, raise ERP, etc.)
