Job Description

Job Description:

  • Plan, manage, and develop content for the company’s social media accounts and website.
  • Analyze the company’s marketing plan and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Research social media trends and inform management of any relevant changes and actions.
  • Monitor performance of marketing campaigns and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to identify service features, promotions, and success stories to highlight in marketing content.
  • Assist with preparation of quotations / proposals for tenders, ad-hoc jobs, new contracts, and renewals.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, and proactively resolve feedback or complaints.
  • Ensure proper documentation and timely reporting.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned on an ad hoc basis.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/NITEC qualification, with at least 1 year of relevant working experience in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
  • Familiar with social media platforms and content creation tools (e.g. Canva, CapCut, Adobe).
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
  • Strong teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for visual and storytelling content.
  • Comfortable handling both creative and client-facing responsibilities.

Other Information:

  • 5.5 working days per week
  • Salary: S$2,000 to $3,000 (Based on experience)
