We are looking for Freelance Producers / Project Managers!

We are seeking highly organised, resourceful and detail-oriented Freelance Producers / Project Managers to support our internal team during busy periods. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy coordinating multiple stakeholders, and can bring structure to the creative process, we want to meet you.

What You’ll Be Doing:

– Managing projects end-to-end: scoping, scheduling, budgeting and delivery
– Acting as the key liaison between internal teams, clients and production partners
– Coordinating shoots, logistics, timelines and deliverables across platforms
– Ensuring smooth workflow between Creative, Accounts, Production and Post-production
– Overseeing project documentation (briefs, timelines, call sheets, approvals)
– Troubleshooting challenges on the ground and keeping projects on track
– Supporting creative amplification across digital, social, and branded content touchpoints

Requirements:

– Strong organisational and project management skills
– Experience overseeing creative, digital or content production workflows
– Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously
– Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and diverse stakeholders
– Located and able to work in Singapore
– Able to commit either on a per-month retainer for several months, or on a per-project basis
– Prior production or agency experience preferred
– Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
– Portfolio / work samples (e.g., project decks, produced campaigns) are required
