The Role: Learning the Pulse of Production
As a Junior Producer, you are the heartbeat of our projects. You’ll be right in the thick of it, helping turn “big ideas” into “real-world results.”
Learning the Run-Sheet: Own the process! Learn the ropes of “Live”! You’ll help coordinate webinars, live events, and content launches. Don’t worry if you haven’t done it at this scale yet – you’ll start by supporting the team and eventually move to owning the process.
Medium-Agile: You aren’t tied to one medium. You’ll manage projects ranging from digital experiences to in-person events. You’ll learn how to choose the right platform to make a message truly stick.
Decoding the Genius: You’ll dive into technical details to find the human story. You don’t need to be an engineer, but you do need to be curious enough to find the “cool” stories hidden inside the “complex” tech.
Global Exposure: You’ll assist in coordinating projects that span different time zones and cultures across APAC.

The Toolkit You Need
Experience: 0–2 or more years of experience. We love fresh grads who have done hands-on internships or led school projects/societies.
The Basics: Excellent proficiency with Google Workspace.
The “Plus”: A working knowledge of Adobe Premiere and After Effects. You don’t need to be an expert editor, but you should understand the “language” of video.
The Vibe: You are calm, organized, and genuinely enjoy collaborating with others.

💰 Stability: A permanent, full-time role with a salary of SGD $30,000 – $35,000 / Annual.
