Job Description

Do you live and breathe content and creativity 24/7?  We are searching for a content creator responsible for crafting and managing various types of content to enhance our client’s brand presence and engagement. As a content creator, you’ll be at the heart of our client’s brand storytelling, weaving creative content across multiple platforms to engage with audiences in meaningful ways.

Responsibilities

  • Manage brand social media activities, including content scheduling, copywriting, community engagement, and performance analysis.
  • Conceptualise and implement integrated campaign concepts and ideas across various relevant touchpoints, including digital, above-the-line (ATL), and below-the-line (BTL) channels.
  • Conduct research to collect insights and gain an understanding of the client, target audience, and market dynamics.
  • Work closely with the team to develop ideas, ensuring it aligns with client’s brief and produce compelling creative approaches, concepts, and copy.
  • Oversee content management across multiple platforms, including social media, blogs, publications, below-the-line collateral, and digital channels.
  • Thoroughly review content to guarantee perfect spelling, grammar, language, and adherence to brand tone.
  • Ensure content adheres to brand guidelines, aligns with broader campaign concepts, and meets communication goals.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as the Content Leads, Creative Director and Account Managers, and external partners when needed, to develop copy, content, and marketing ideas.
  • Collaborate with multiple departments to develop and implement projects for various clients.
  • Regularly assess the success of social media and campaign efforts and suggest necessary adjustments.
  • Manage and attend production shoots with creative teams, serving as a client liaison and sometimes as a producer when required.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Account Servicing, Creatives, and Strategists.
  • Communicate with clients to share project progress updates, receive briefs and feedback, or present creative ideas and concepts when required.

 

Requirements

  • Ability to translate and localize content for market-specific initiatives, and to negotiate and liaise with Chinese-speaking stakeholders.
  • Demonstrates a strong understanding of and keeps up with current social media trends.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience managing social media and digital marketing strategies for brands.
  • Possesses good storytelling abilities and can create interesting content angles.
  • Skilled in using editing software and apps like Premiere Pro, CapCut, and Canva.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Strong time/project management skills.
  • Creative, energetic, passionate, resourceful, and shows initiative.
  • Highly adaptable to an environment of continuous and never-ending improvements.
  • A flexible self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
