Job Description

Role Summary
The Marketing & Design Executive supports the day-to-day execution of Mandala Club’s communications and visual output, ensuring everything we put into the world is timely, accurate, and unmistakably on-brand.

Working within the Marketing team, this role sits at the intersection of content, coordination, and design. You’ll help bring campaigns to life across digital, social, and in-club touchpoints — from eDMs and social posts to menus, posters, and screens throughout the club.

This role is ideal for someone organised, visually minded, and culturally aware, who enjoys turning ideas into well-executed deliverables and thrives in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
Communications Execution
Support the execution of Mandala’s communications calendar across owned channels, including:

eDMs
Push notifications
Social media (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
In-club collateral (TV screens, in-lift posters, printed materials)

Workflow & Publishing

Draft first versions of eDMs, captions, and push notifications for review
Build, schedule, and publish approved content across platforms
Ensure all communications are accurate, consistent, and delivered on time

Social Media Planning & Content Support

Coordinate weekly and monthly communications calendars with marketing manager, covering organic, evergreen, and campaign-led content
Ensure content planning aligns with broader marketing objectives, programming priorities, and seasonal moments
Support day-to-day social publishing and optimisation in collaboration with the wider marketing team

Design & Visual Execution

Execute basic design edits and updates across marketing assets, including:

Menu updates for in-house restaurants
Adaptation of Creative team templates for:

In-club collateral (cultural calendars, posters, TV screens)
Social media assets
Support the creation and upkeep of marketing and sales decks by:

Sourcing imagery
Updating layouts, content, and information as needed

Project Coordination & Asset Management

Maintain campaign and project trackers to ensure tasks, timelines, and deadlines are clearly documented and up to date
Keep a well-organised Google Drive with clearly labelled, finalised assets that are easy to locate

Member App Management

Ensure Mandala’s Member App content remains accurate and current, including:

Restaurant menu links
Key club updates
Recurring and upcoming event tiles

Reporting & Performance Tracking

Compile inputs for the Weekly Marketing Report, including:

Social media performance metrics
Communications calendar overview
Paid media performance summaries

You’re comfortable juggling multiple timelines, collaborating across teams, and working with both words and visuals.
