We are a creative-driven agency passionate about building brands that resonate. Our work spans across brand identity, packaging, digital, and storytelling, and we’re looking for a versatile and experienced designer who thrives on ownership, craft, and collaboration.

Role Overview:

We’re seeking a Art Director or Senior Graphic Designer with a strong foundation in branding and packaging design. You should be confident leading projects from start to finish — from concept to production — and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively with Creative Directors and junior team members. You’ll bring brand identities to life across multiple touchpoints with precision, taste, and purpose.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute complete visual identity systems, including logos, brand guidelines, and supporting assets.
Design impactful packaging with a deep understanding of structural and production constraints.
Work across a range of visual mediums, with particular strength in vector graphics, illustration, and iconography.
Translate conceptual direction into compelling, polished design outcomes.
Build comprehensive and visually engaging presentation decks to communicate creative thinking and final work.
Create detailed and strategic brand guidelines that document visual systems and usage across all brand touchpoints.
Collaborate with Creative Directors to interpret and expand upon creative vision.
Guide and mentor junior designers, providing clear feedback and design direction.
Prepare final artwork for print, ensuring accuracy and alignment with production specs.
Apply strong typographic skills in all facets of design; familiarity with type design is a plus.
Contribute to website design projects and understand how brand systems extend into the digital space.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in graphic design, with a focus on branding and packaging.
Proven ability to carry projects independently from ideation to delivery.
Extensive experience working within branding agencies or studios.
Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
Super proficient in building clear, inspiring presentation decks (Keynote, InDesign, or Google Slides).
Demonstrated experience creating robust and strategic brand guideline documents.
Deep understanding of print production processes and materials.
Strong sense of typography, layout, color, and visual storytelling.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Knowledge of Figma or other web/digital design tools is a plus.

Bonus Points:

Experience with motion graphics or animation.
Basic knowledge of front-end design principles.
Interest in sustainability in packaging.
