Job Description:
Plan and manage timelines across multiple branding, content, and digital projects
Serve as the central point of contact between creative, strategy, and client servicing team
Coordinate daily workflows, check-ins, and delivery checkpoints with the team
Allocate resources based on project needs and flag any bandwidth issues early
Track progress, identify roadblocks, and make quick adjustments as needed
Support account managers with timelines, project updates, and delivery schedules
Maintain project documentation, task boards, and weekly status updates
Help improve internal workflows and recommend ways to work more efficiently
Ensure work is delivered on time
Requirements:
2+ years of experience managing creative or marketing projects (agency experience is a plus)
A natural organiser who’s comfortable juggling multiple tasks and timelines
Clear communicator who can work closely with both creative teams and clients
Familiar with project tools like Monday. com, Google suite, Trello, or similar
Proactive, solutions-oriented, and able to adapt in a fast-moving environment
Bonus Points:
Prior experience in website, branding, digital, or content production projects
Knowledge of creative and production workflows
Basic understanding of agency resourcing and capacity planning
