With over 1,300 five-star reviews and collaborations with international brands such as Rolls-Royce and Roger Dubuis, we’re a growing experiential brand that brings art, joy, and human connection together.
We’re on the lookout for a hands-on, friendly, and organised individual to run daily studio operations, create special moments for guests, and bring new art ideas to life!
What You’ll Do (Day-To-Day):
Manage the day-to-day operations of the space — including guiding guest experience, resetting stations, clean-ups, and maintaining inventory.
Manage staff and schedule planning.
Lead and manage new experience or product rollouts
Monitor and report key metrics (guest satisfaction scores, inventory, sales)

A people person — friendly, service-oriented, and confident interacting with guests from all walks of life.
Organised and responsible — you take pride in doing things right, keeping the space efficient, and ensuring every detail runs smoothly.
A leader — empathetic yet firm, able to guide, motivate, and hold your team to high standards.
Bonus: Previous experience in fast-paced, customer-facing roles in F&B, retail, or attractions.
