Job Description

A Note to MOWIN’s Future Partner:

We are not looking for a typical employee. We are looking for a partner in the trenches.

We are transforming MOWIN across the region (China, Indonesia, Vietnam). To support this, I need a Associate Project Manager (Regional)—someone to manage IP, cultural rights, and marketing projects across the region.

What You Will Do:

  • Shadow Me: You will report directly to me, acting as my right hand in executing regional projects.
  • Orchestrate: You will ensure our projects in China and SE Asia stay on track, coordinating between teams and handling the dynamics of cross-border business.
  • Grow: You will learn the ins and outs of Intellectual Property and Cultural Rights—a rare skillset in today’s market.

The Remuneration: I believe that if the project wins, you win.

  • Stable Base: A salary that covers your needs comfortably and provides security.
  • High Upside: This is the exciting part. You will receive incentives directly from the project profits. The more successful we are together, the more you earn. There is no glass ceiling here.
