Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to collect, analyze, and interpret data that supports business decision-making. The ideal candidate will transform raw data into meaningful insights, create reports and dashboards, and collaborate with teams to improve business performance.

Key Responsibilities
Collect, organize, and validate data from multiple sources.
Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
Prepare reports, dashboards, and visualizations for management.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting needs.
Perform data cleaning and quality assurance.
Support forecasting and business planning through data analysis.
Document analytical processes and maintain reporting standards.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field (preferred).
Experience in data analysis or a similar role is an advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools is preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills
Experience with data visualization tools.
Basic knowledge of Python or R for data analysis.
Understanding of database management and reporting.
Ability to communicate complex findings in a clear and concise manner.
