Social Media Strategist and Marketing Manager
About Us
My First Love Pte Ltd is dedicated to supporting new parents, empowering them with knowledge and education, whilst building a strong and engaged community on social media.
We are looking for a Social Media Strategist and Marketing Manager to help us grow our brand presence and engage with our target audience across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. If you are passionate about parenting, social media marketing, and content creation, we’d love to have you on our team!
Key Responsibilities
- Content Strategy & Creation: Develop and execute creative content strategies for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, using Canva to design visually appealing posts.
- Community Engagement: Act as the main correspondent for all social media comments, chats, and inquiries, ensuring timely and meaningful engagement.
- Influencer & KOL Collaborations: Research and connect with currently pregnant influencers or influencers who have recently given birth, handling outreach and partnership negotiations.
- Marketing Campaigns: Plan and implement marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and drive engagement.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze social media engagement metrics, providing regular reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Experimentation & Innovation: Propose and experiment with new content ideas to keep our social media presence dynamic and relevant.
- Collaboration: Work with internal team members and external partners, such as photographers, videographers, and parenting experts, to enhance content quality.
Who We’re Looking For
- Experience: Prior marketing experience is preferred, but we welcome candidates with a strong passion for social media and brand building.
- Moms Welcome: If you are a mom with breastfeeding experience, you’ll have an advantage in understanding our audience.
- Creative & Independent: You should be able to work independently with minimal supervision, taking initiative in content planning and execution.
- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to engage with online communities and build relationships with influencers.
- Analytical Mindset: Comfortable tracking performance and making data-driven decisions to improve content strategy.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with Canva, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok trends.
