Job Description

We’re looking for a highly creative, detail-oriented, and self-motivated Creative Executive/Videographer to join our team. This role blends content strategy, visual storytelling, and social media management, ideal for someone who lives and breathes aesthetics, trends, and digital culture.
You’ll play a key role in ideating, producing, and distributing engaging content across various platforms, helping to bring our brand voice and visuals to life.

Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Videography

  • Plan, shoot, and edit short-form and long-form videos for platforms like Instagram and TikTok
  • Capture video content for campaigns, behind-the-scenes, events, and brand storytelling.
  • Maintain high-quality visual consistency and storytelling across all media.

Social Media Strategy & Management

  • Develop and manage content calendars for social platforms.
  • Stay on top of platform trends, algorithm changes, and audience behavior.
  • Write compelling captions and post copy aligned with brand tone.
  • Schedule, publish, and monitor posts to drive engagement and growth.

Creative Development

  • Collaborate with internal teams on campaign concepts, branding, and digital storytelling.
  • Brainstorm creative ideas and execute them from concept to final delivery.
  • Work closely with marketing, design, and strategy teams to ensure brand consistency.
  • Lead the ideation and conceptual development of proposal decks, incorporating storyboards, tailored to meet client objectives and campaign goals.

 

Required skills:

  • 1–3 years experience in social media, videography, or content creation.
  • Proficiency in video editing (via CapCut, Premiere Pro, Davinci)
  • Strong eye for aesthetics, trends, and visual storytelling.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Experience with platforms like Instagram and TikTok
  • A portfolio showcasing your videography and content work.
